Nice Size and Sturdy Too

I use this for a Treasure Box for my grandsons (ages 5 & 6) for good behavior and extra effort in school. They love when Friday is here and they have had a good week. They get to choose something from the "Treasure Box". It is the perfect size for Star Wars Lego sets, Ninjago items, books etc.

Treasure box

LOVE this treasure box!! Bought this item for our elementary school for students as a reward program. We decorated the outside with plastic jewels and some plastic coins and named this treasure box after our school mascot (Gator Treasure Box) Students were excited to pick out a treasure from our "Gator Treasure Box" . Cant wait for our next event to use this box again!

ConsJust wish there was an option where the top of the box had a hinge on it so it could stay attached and stay open.

Perfect goodie "bag"

The kids loved taking their treasures home in these fun treasure chests. We put chocolate coins and faux jewels and the kids were happy when they left with them.

Best bang for your buck!

I was looking for something big and sturdy that I could put prizes in for my dance students that looked like a treasure chest and this was perfect! Mind you it is just a big black tub and the top piece is the only thing that makes it look like a treasure chest, which is not connected, its more like a lid, which doesnt snap on very well, but its the BEST price (and I look EVERYWHERE for the best deal) and its the biggest for that price! It also shipped fast :)

"Great for Storage"

I use this for "treasure box" in my classroom. Children earn points during the week for good behavior and have the opportunity to get "treasures" based on the number of points they have. It would have been great if lid was attached at the back but it was roomy enough for what I needed. My coworker found a solid colored one at a big-box store for half the price.

Pirate treasure chest realistic

My son was so excited when it came in the mail, he opened it and said "Where treasure?" We did get some treasure coins for it, but we use this attractive storage container for all of his misc sized balls, and toys. A wonderful decoration and useful toy.
