When you call in with a question, you'll talk with one of our representatives. They're here to help and make sure your concerns are handled quickly and properly. Every time we add a new product or brand, they're first in line for training with our factory reps. They don't make commission so their only influence is making sure you get the right product.
If you wonder why we carry the products that we do, our Buyers are the ones responsible. They keep up on current trends and the newest technology to make sure you can find exactly what you're looking for before it hits the stores. It's a lot of work to keep up with everything but you'll only see smiles when you walk by their office.
With over 150,000 customers, it takes a team to keep running. We'd be lost without Operations. They're responsible for making sure your order is processed quickly, shipped properly and the warehouse is always stocked...not an easy task. They are the backbone of our system and we're lucky to have people that understand that every customer matters.
Administration might be considered the wizard behind the curtain. They're our bean counters; the ones who keep up us on track and make sure all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed.
While we'd love to be everyone's first and last stop when shopping for party supplies, we have to make sure people know about us before that can happen. Our marketing team does an excellent job getting the word out about our great offers, upcoming promotions and letting everyone know that we are the party experts.
