    Great Product Poor Service.
    I put an order in on September 2nd for the bowling pin water bottles I was told they were guaranteed by the 4th which would have been perfect my son's birthday party was on the 7th too bad I did not get them until 2 days after my sons birthday and with an additional $15 for express shipping was very upsetting.Hopefully next time customer service will just be a little more courteous and making certain that they can guarantee delivery for future reference thank you.
