Quick delivery, high quality item, low price
I was delighted to find this item (needed for a Halloween costume) on Party Supplies. I had spent time searching in stores, in vain.

Looks great, but plastic
These look great for the very low price, but are made of plastic with felt sprayed onto them. They will definitely work for our event, but wish they were made a bit better.

Great for the price
I bought these, and the top hats and derby hats for a dance recital. They were exactly as described and worked perfect for our needs.

Gooo, but not great
felt on the outside, but hat is plastic. Good for under 3 bucks, but not much more.
